At Petmate, we want you and your furry friends to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and instructional manuals are included.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
